  • Represented Atlantic Commercial Finance as a sponsor in connection with joint venture structuring and the construction, financing and long-term employment of a Japanese-built 135,000 cm LNG tanker to be used in the Middle East to India trade.  This transaction involved the first limited recourse project financing of an LNG tanker dedicated to the India LNG trade, and was named a Transportation Finance "deal of the year" in 1999;
