Dan Heller is a partner in King & Spalding’s Capital Transactions and Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Heller has been active since 1980 in the full range of commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, joint ventures and portfolio transactions for both public and private companies.
Mr. Heller is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Heller was a newspaper reporter. Mr. Heller is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Heller is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Georgia Super Lawyers.
