Cyrille Gogny-Goubert

Cyrille Gogny-Goubert is a senior associate, based in the Paris office and is French-English bilingual.  He has extensive experience in the development, sale, purchase and leasing of real estate investments, or corporate entities owning real estate assets, including for joint-ventures. In 2011, Mr. Gogny-Goubert served as in-house Counsel on secondment to a leading real estate funds asset manager in Europe. 

Representative Experience

• Drafting and negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction contracts on infrastructure projects including negotiation of a 420Mw combined cycle gas turbine in Eastern France. 
  
  
• Preparation of public tenders, including advice on the contractual and corporate structure of projects, of the bonds structure and of contractual warranties.
  
  
• Preparation of tender documentation, warranties and financing advice to Governmental authorities and bidders on infrastructure and energy projects.
  
  
• Advising on complex real estate developments projects including the ownership structure, construction, sale, leasing and financing of the largest cinema studios development in France.
  
  
• Advising on sale, purchase and leasing of real estate assets or real estate pan-European portfolios.
  
  
• Advice to Town Planners on the structure of development operations, and advice on planning regulations and litigation.
  
  
• Advice to holiday resorts developers on contractual elements of project development.
  
  
• Negotiation of hotel management agreements for hotel owners and hotel operators.
