Crystal Rice is an attorney in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Mass Tort and Toxic Tort practice.

Crystal has 20 years of experience specializing in electronic discovery practice.  She has worked for clients in their class action product liability cases, government investigations and internal investigations.  Some of her clients have consisted of pharmaceutical companies, medical products manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, oil companies, healthcare facilities, power companies, and retail businesses.  She is able to consult clients on ways to efficiently and effectively preserve and collect data while working with within their unique business culture and systems.  Crystal has assisted clients with organizing and collecting data to be given to vendors for placing into databases for review and production. .Crystal has experience utilizing predictive coding to assist clients in narrowing their review universe and finding significant documents.  Crystal has a high level of project management skills by leading many review teams, using paralegals, and utilizing vendor support from the implementation of a matter through its resolution.  Crystal has served many privilege logs tailored to the needs and nuances of various clients and matters.  Crystal also has been involved in the successful defense against privilege challenges.  Her vast experience, high technical skills, and understanding best practices has made her successful in meeting deadlines, working cost-efficiently, and helping clients with all their discovery needs.
