Crayton L. Bell is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group, resident in the New York office. Mr. Bell has significant experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus in the energy sector, including cash and stock mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Bell’s experience includes transactions throughout the U.S., Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.
Mr. Bell received his A. B. from The University of the South and his M.A. from Vanderbilt University, and he is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Chambers USA recognizes Mr. Bell as a leading lawyer for corporate transactions in the energy sector.
