Chris McCoy is counsel in King & Spalding’s Capital Transactions and Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s Charlotte office.  For over ten years, Mr. McCoy has represented real estate developers, investors and lenders in all sectors of real property related transactions, including development, acquisition, disposition, and construction and permanent financing transactions.
