• Represented SunTrust Bank as Administrative Agent and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as Lead Arranger in leading a $1.25 billion revolving credit facility for Buckeye Partners, L.P., a  publicly-traded master limited partnership that provides mid-stream energy logistics services and Buckeye Energy Services LLC, one of the largest wholesale distributors of refined petroleum products.
  
  
• Represented SunTrust Bank as Administrative Agent and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as Lead Arranger in leading a $670 million revolving credit facility for HEICO Corporation, a leading manufacturer of Federal Aviation Administration approved jet engine and aircraft component replacement parts.  HEICO is also a leading manufacturer of various types of electronic equipment for the aviation, defense, space, medical, telecommunication and electronic industries.
  
  
• Represented Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group L.P. as Administrative Agent in connection with a $65 million term loan facility for a tower infrastructure provider for the wireless community.
  
  
• Represented GE Capital Markets, Inc. as Lead Arranger and General Electric Capital Corporation as Administrative Agent in providing and arranging underwritten acquisition financing to M*Modal, formerly MedQuist, Inc., the leading provider of interactive clinical documentation, medical transcription, narrative capture and support services, in connection with its purchase of certain assets of Spheris, Inc. and its subsidiaries, as well as a dividend recapitalization transaction.
  
  
• Represented Acuity Brands, Inc. in connection with obtaining a $250 million senior revolving credit facility from a syndicate of banks led by JPMorganChase Bank, N.A. as Administrative Agent.
