Suzanne Werner is an associate in King & Spalding’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Atlanta office. Since joining the firm, Ms. Werner has worked on a variety of patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation matters and managed electronic discovery in several large cases. She has experience in false advertising cases before both federal courts and the National Advertising Division. Ms. Werner has also co-authored several intellectual property articles.
Ms. Werner received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, summa cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 2004. While at Wake Forest, she served on the University Committee of Student Life and became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In 2007, Ms. Werner earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, cum laude, and was inducted into The Order of the Coif.
Ms. Werner is a member of the Georgia Bar and participates in both the Young Lawyers Division and the Intellectual Property Sections. She is a graduate of the Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy Class of 2011 and serves on Wake Forest’s Young Alumni Development Board.
