Talmadge Infinger is an associate in the Atlanta office and a member of King & Spalding’s Corporate Practice Group.
Mr. Infinger’s practice focuses on representation of public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; joint ventures; leveraged buyout transactions and general corporate matters. He also has experience with healthcare M&A transactions and has represented a variety of clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries, including hospitals and health systems, pharmaceutical companies, public and private medical equipment suppliers and medical device manufacturers.
Mr. Infinger received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 2011 and his B.A. from Duke University in 2007.
