Brian Meiners is a counsel in the Litigation & Antitrust Practice Group in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C., office. His practice focuses on assisting clients with responding to criminal and civil antitrust investigations in the United States and abroad, as well as counseling on strategic antitrust issues arising from a variety of transactions, joint ventures and competitor collaborations. Mr. Meiners also has significant experience representing clients in complex civil litigation and in conducting corporate internal investigations and global cartel investigations.
Mr. Meiners represents clients before the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, the Federal Trade Commission, and international and state antitrust enforcement authorities.
