Brandon Schecter is an attorney in King & Spalding’s E-Discovery practice. His practice focuses on the electronic discovery process in connection with governmental investigations, including with the U S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the California Air Resources Board (CARB), the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), and various State Attorneys General, as well as environmental, regulatory compliance, commercial, and pharmaceutical litigation. As a dual-national EU-US citizen, Mr. Schecter has extensive European experience in electronic discovery processes requiring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
