Allison Dyer is an associate on the Public Finance portion of the Finance Practice Group. She joined King & Spalding in September 2006. Ms. Dyer assists in numerous municipal finance transactions as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, credit enhancer’s counsel and borrower’s counsel.
Ms. Dyer graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and international studies, and earned her law degree from the University of Georgia, cum laude, in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Dyer served on the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review. Ms. Dyer is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Local Government Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
