Alan Albright is a counsel in King & Spalding’s Middle East & Islamic Finance Practice Group and practices in the firm’s Atlanta office.
His practice primarily focuses on the representation of the firm’s Middle Eastern clients in connection with the structuring and syndication of Shari’ah-compliant investment funds and real estate and private equity investments made for their own accounts. Mr. Albright also provides continuing representation to clients regarding their real estate and portfolio investments, including restructuring, financing and ongoing compliance matters utilizing over 30 years of a broad range of corporate and real estate experience.
Mr. Albright holds an undergraduate degree in economics and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the UCLA Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
