Adam Freiman is a partner in King & Spalding’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.

Mr. Freiman has experience in a broad range of corporate finance, private equity and merger and acquisition transactions. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in connection with initial and secondary public offerings, “shelf” offerings, Rule 144A and other private placement transactions, and exchange and tender offers. These transactions have involved a variety of products, including equity securities, high yield debt, investment grade debt, convertible debt, and medium term note programs. Mr. Freiman also has significant experience in advising public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance issues and other corporate and securities matters. Finally, Mr. Freiman has experience representing both buyers and sellers in private equity and public and private merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Freiman’s clients and transactions have spanned a number of industries, including the real estate, consumer products, technology, healthcare, biotechnology, airline, manufacturing and textile industries.

Mr. Freiman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University in 1995. He received his J.D. from Emory University in 1998, where he graduated as First Honor Graduate and a member of Order of the Coif. Mr. Freiman served as a managing editor of the Emory Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
