• Representing a Fortune 100 financial institution in parallel investigations by the Department of Justice, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Internal Revenue Service regarding alleged violations of anti-money laundering and banking regulations, as well as parallel class action litigation.
  
  
• Preparing presentations to United States Attorneys’ Offices for multiple pharmaceutical companies in response to investigations into potential off-label promotion activity and government price reporting practices.
  
  
• Representing medical device manufacturer in a grand jury investigation concerning alleged cGMP violations.
  
  
• Responding to inquiries from a U.S. Senate Committee into certain price reporting practices of a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
  
  
• Representing WellCare Health Plans, Inc. and its subsidiaries in responding to the investigation of the Company by the United States Department of Justice and other state and federal agencies arising out of WellCare’s Medicaid health plan.
  
  
• Participating in the representation of a Fortune 500 company facing criminal and civil antitrust allegations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and Internal Revenue Service regarding alleged price-fixing, bid-rigging and market collusion.
  
  
• Defending Fortune 500 companies in qui tam actions brought under the False Claims Act.
  
  
• Assisting in the individual representation of a Fortune 500 executive during an investigation as well as preparing the individual for interview sessions with government officials.
