LMG Life Sciences Honors King & Spalding as its Government Investigations Firm of the Year and Non-IP Impact Case of Year – United States


NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2023 — LMG Life Sciences has named King & Spalding its 2023 Government Investigations Firm of the Year. The practice previously received this honor in 2020.

The firm also was honored with the Non-IP Impact Case of Year – United States award for its work in advising Boehringer Ingelheim obtain thousands of claims dismissed surrounding a federal multidistrict litigation matter against heartburn medicine Zantac. The King & Spalding team was led by Andy Bayman, Eva Canaan, Rob Friedman and Julia Zousmer.
