King & Spalding advised Rotomaster, a leading global manufacturer of complete turbochargers and highly engineered replacement parts, in its sale to Cloyes Gear & Products, Inc. (“Cloyes”), the global leader and designer of mission-critical timing drive systems and components for the automotive aftermarket. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
