King & Spalding Achieves 12 Practice, 9 Individual Rankings in 2014 IFLR1000: Energy and Infrastructure Guide

LONDON, June 11, 2014 — In the latest edition of IFLR1000’s Energy and Infrastructure guide, King & Spalding received 12 practice rankings across the Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe and Africa regions. In addition, eight of the firm’s lawyers were named as “leading lawyers” and one firm lawyer was designated as a “rising star.”

Each year, the International Financial Law Review releases two guides—one in June and the other in October—under the name IFLR100. The guides recognize top law firms and individuals advising on international corporate finance transactions. Its Energy and Infrastructure guide focuses on legal work in these two key industry sectors. To determine eligibility on its list, IFLR evaluates a practice or individual’s transactional record and surveys peers in the legal industry as well as clients. Survey criteria include: technical ability, accessibility and communication, depth of team, client/lawyer relationship and international network.
