Equifax to Acquire Midigator

King & Spalding is advising Equifax (NYSE: EFX), global data, analytics and technology company, on its $165 million acquisition of Midigator, a provider of post-transaction fraud mitigation solutions.

Equifax provides unique data, innovative analytics, technology, and industry expertise to power organizations and individuals around the world. This acquisition will further Equifax’s global footprint in digital identify and fraud prevention.
