The list honors the “best attorneys working within the broad scope of commercial and bet-the-company litigation across the country,” according to the publication.
Akrotirianakis is an accomplished trial lawyer who has first-chaired or co-chaired more than 30 trials and arbitrations. He has never lost a jury trial or bench trial. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants across a broad spectrum of industries.
Mastro is a preeminent trial lawyer who represents clients in complex civil cases, securities litigation and white-collar criminal matters. He has tried dozens of cases in private practice and as a federal prosecutor and has argued more than 100 appeals in federal and state appellate courts throughout the country.
