Healthcare Litigation Associate

Location: Los Angeles and New York
Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks litigation associates for its nationally recognized healthcare practice in Los Angeles and New York. Qualified candidates must be admitted to the local bar and will have 2+ years of litigation experience. Previous experience working in or for the healthcare industry is a plus, but prior healthcare experience is not necessary. Healthcare Transactions Staff Attorney

Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a highly qualified staff attorney with 4+ years of experience to support its healthcare regulatory and transactional practice in Houston. Ideally, candidates will have a background in healthcare transactional and regulatory support and experience conducting due diligence, document review, closing support, and project management. Prior experience with False Claims Act and Civil Monetary Penalty investigations and/or managed care litigation would be a significant plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a proven work ethic, careful attention to detail, and flexibility to work after normal business hours as required by filing deadlines.

King & Spalding seeks a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of post qualified experience for its Life Sciences practice in Brussels.
The position is an opportunity for professional development and work with international exposure.
Candidates will be qualified in the EU and have experience in EU life sciences regulatory matters. They will be expected to support the lead partner in assisting companies on a wide variety of EU and national regulatory matters relating to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and food.
We are looking for an associate with superior academic credentials, excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Candidates must be fluent in business English and working knowledge of French would be a nice to have. Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
