Healthcare Litigation Associate

Location: Los Angeles and New York

Healthcare Litigation Staff Attorney

Location: Atlanta
Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a highly qualified staff attorney with 4+ years of experience to support its healthcare litigation practice in the Atlanta office. Ideally, candidates will have a background in litigation and experience managing a complex docket as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Prior experience with insurance payor matters and/or False Claims Act matters would be a significant plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a proven work ethic, careful attention to detail, and flexibility to work after normal business hours as required by filing deadlines and client demands.

Ideally, candidates will have a background in healthcare transactional and regulatory support and experience conducting due diligence, document review, closing support, and project management. Prior experience with False Claims Act and Civil Monetary Penalty investigations and/or managed care litigation would be a significant plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a proven work ethic, careful attention to detail, and flexibility to work after normal business hours as required by filing deadlines.
