Tort Litigation & Environmental

# of Positions: 1 | Years of Experience: 3+
Type of Experience: King & Spalding's Atlanta office seeks mid-level to senior associates for its tort litigation & environmental practice group in Atlanta to work on tobacco litigation matters. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Candidates should have significant trial experience and litigation skills, including all aspects of trial preparation, taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses, oral argument of discovery and pretrial motions, and examination of witnesses at trial. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in both Florida and Georgia (or willing to sit for the next available bar exam in either Florida or Georgia, if only currently admitted in one of the two jurisdictions). Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a junior- to mid-level litigation associate for its healthcare practice group in Sacramento. Qualified candidates will have two to five years of healthcare litigation experience, preferably at a large law firm, in addition to superior academic credentials and excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
