Ray Persons is a seasoned trial lawyer, who focuses his practice on complex litigation, including class actions, mass torts and product liability.  Mr. Persons regularly appears before the state and federal courts throughout the country and has served as lead counsel in more than sixty-five jury trials.  He is a frequent lecturer and presents papers on class actions, product liability and trial techniques.  He is a recipient of the State Bar of Georgia Tradition of Excellence Award. 

Mr. Persons' recent legal experience includes:
