Shannon Cox is an associate in King & Spalding's Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Cox's practice involves a variety of commercial litigation matters, including securities and antitrust cases. Ms. Cox has significant experience with complex multi-party and class action litigation.

Ms. Cox graduated, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 1989, and worked in the advertising industry for five years before attending law school. Ms. Cox graduated, with honors, from Emory University School of Law in 1997. While at Emory, Ms Cox was Articles Editor of the Emory Law Journal and competed on the school's National Moot Court Team.
