Dennis Dunn is an accomplished lawyer with over 25 years of experience whose practice in Houston focuses on transactional and business matters within the health care industry. He has handled hundreds of acquisitions and divestitures involving all types of health care providers, including hospitals, health maintenance organizations, ambulatory surgical centers, diagnostic imaging centers, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and physician group practices.
