For 13th Consecutive Year, BTI Acknowledges King & Spalding for Client Service Excellence

WELLESLEY, Mass., November 22, 2013 — In BTI Consulting Group’s 2014 Client Service A-Team survey, King & Spalding has again been identified as a firm that exemplifies client service excellence in the legal industry. The firm is one of only 50 to be identified in the survey for 13 consecutive years — a standard that less than 8 percent of the 650 law firms serving the Fortune 1000 have been able to maintain over that period.

In addition to being recognized as one of the best firms for client-service generally, the firm was also among the top 20 firms in the “Value for Dollar” category and received honorable mention in 12 additional categories.
