ATLANTA, April 25, 2008 — King & Spalding, a leading international law firm, advised ChoicePoint Inc. on the sale of its government software business, i2 Inc. and i2 Limited, to Silver Lake Sumeru in a cash purchase of $185 million.

ChoicePoint Inc., based in Atlanta, Georgia, is a leading provider of identification and credential verification services to business, government, non-profit organizations and individuals.

i2 is the leading worldwide provider of investigative analysis software for law enforcement, government, military, intelligence and commercial organizations.
