King & Spalding Shines in Legal 500’s First-ever Guide to Latin America

17 Oct 2012
RECOGNITION
LONDON, October 17, 2012 —King & Spalding has achieved significant recognition in Legal 500’s inaugural guide to the leading law firms in Latin America. Consistent with the firm’s established position as one of the top international law firms practicing in Latin America, three King & Spalding practices and 20 of its lawyers were counted among the region’s most outstanding legal service providers.

King & Spalding earned rankings for its corporate, international arbitration, and projects and energy practices in the first-ever Legal 500: Latin America guide. The firm’s “well known and well reputed” international arbitration practice was one of only four firms to achieve Tier 1 recognition in the category. The firm’s corporate and projects and energy teams also received high praise, with clients noting that, “for energy issues and transactions in Latin America, general counsel would be hard pressed to find a more responsive and capable firm.”
