King & Spalding Secures Preliminary Anti-Dumping Decision for Elkay Manufacturing

October 8, 2012 – King & Spalding client Elkay Manufacturing has received a preliminary anti-dumping decision from the U.S. Department of Commerce in an investigation into drawn stainless steel sinks from China.

The King & Spalding international trade team representing Elkay was led by partner Joseph W. Dorn and consisted of counsel Daniel L. Schneiderman and associate Prentiss (“Lee”) Smith, Jr. All three lawyers are resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.

Elkay Manufacturing has been a manufacturer of stainless steel sinks and faucets for residential and commercial use for more than 90 years.
