NEW YORK, June 11, 2012 – R. Doak Bishop and Edward G. Kehoe, partners with King & Spalding and co-leaders of the firm’s international arbitration practice group, will be featured speakers at Global Arbitration Review’s inaugural North American GAR Live conference at the University Club in New York City on September 19.
Bishop will chair a panel discussion on investment arbitration, and Kehoe will be on a panel that addresses the relationship between the U.S. courts and international arbitration.
In addition to Bishop and Kehoe’s sessions, the day-long conference will include a Q&A of questions submitted by delegates in advance and a debate on the motion: This house believes that international arbitration has become too “Americanized.”
