BRUSSELS, Belgium, June 8, 2012 – Suzanne Rab, a competition partner with King & Spalding, and Dag Johansson, administrator of international relations with the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition, will discuss Indian competition law and trade at a special presentation sponsored by FTI Consulting and King & Spalding in Brussels on June 27.
Rab is the author of a new book on Indian competition law, Indian Competition Law: An International Perspective, that was published last month. The book provides the first-ever critical analysis of Indian competition law in an international comparative context. It is published by CCH India, a Wolters Kluwer company.
Rab, a UK-qualified lawyer, is resident in King & Spalding’s London office. She advises clients across all areas of European and UK competition law. She has particular experience advising on transactions, investigations and behavioral matters, including in proceedings before the UK competition and regulatory authorities and the European Commission. Rab has worked on some of the most high-profile market and cartel investigations in Europe and the UK.
