King & Spalding Advises SUN Group on Disposal of its €530 Million Interest in SUN-Interbrew Limited

LONDON, August 16, 2004 - The London office of King & Spalding advised SUN Trade (International) Limited and the Khemka family on the €530 million disposal of their remaining interests in SUN-Interbrew Limited, the second largest brewer in Russia, to Interbrew S.A, the global brewer based in Belgium.

The King & Spalding team was led by corporate partner Charles Alexander.
