ATLANTA, Nov. 15, 2016 – King & Spalding, LLP served as legal counsel for GE Digital in its purchase of privately held cloud-based field service management company ServiceMax for $915 million.
The acquisition of ServiceMax is expected to close in January, subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of applicable regulatory approvals, according to GE. More details can be found here.
