On Wednesday, September 12, King & Spalding is hosting an antitrust panel discussion regarding Antitrust Enforcement under the Obama Administration in our Austin office from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm with a reception to follow. The panel will feature officials from the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and Texas Attorney General's office. It's rare for DOJ/FTC officials to present their views in person outside of D.C. and the panel will not only discuss enforcement in the past few years, but will also contrast what a second Obama term would like with a possible Romney term. Jeff Spigel, the head of the K&S Antitrust Practice, will also weigh in with a private practitioners' perspective.
We are also broadcasting the conference via a webinar, and all are welcome welcome to dial in (the information for the dial-in will be sent prior to the program).
