The Supreme Court’s recent Term has been one of the more closely watched in recent decades, with the Court deciding several important, high-profile cases. In this presentation, King & Spalding partners and Supreme Court practitioners Jeffrey S. Bucholtz and Ashley C. Parrish will provide an overview of the most noteworthy cases from the Term and discuss some of the more interesting trends and statistics. They will be joined by Daniel S. Epps, an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, who clerked for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy.
